Trust in him at all times, O people pour our your heart to him for God is our refuge.

Sometimes when the people around me are conversing, I seem to be distracted.  I am really not, but it because I am having a side conversation with someone else.  That someone else is God.

I wonder why we leave God out of our conversations?  And then when we try to include him we must defend him or our faith in him.  One of the reasons that always comes up is my faith must also included human reasoning.  But here David writes “trust in him at all times and pour out your heart to him”. So in these moments of crisis I will place my refuge in him and not in the wisdom of the world.
